Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. During the holidays, these processing times may be longer.
All orders currently ship from Charlotte, NC.
All orders ship either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Most orders will arrive within 2-3 business days once they ship.
If you need to update the shipping address on your order, feel free to reach out through the contact us form below.
This means one of two things: It is currently being processed or the carrier missed the initial scan when they picked up your order. Tracking will be updated as soon as the carrier scans the shipment. If it does not update for multiple days, feel free to reach out through the contact us form below.
Unfortunately we don't ship internationally at this time.
Returns
- We accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days from the delivery date. We will not accept returns/exchanges after 14 days from the delivery date or in-store purchase date.
- Items that have been worn or washed are not not eligible for return or exchange.
- Holiday purchases made from 11/1-12/24 are eligible for an extended exchange window through the first week of January. Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Refunds will not be processed for items purchased outside of our normal 14-day policy.
- Items purchased during Flavortown sales (e.g. Flash sale, Black Friday sale, Cyber-Monday sale, or other Special Event Sales, etc.) may be returned for exchange or store credit of equal value, but are not eligible for refund.
